I Told My Wife — Make Sure You Add Salt To The Water

Look. Here’s the thing. Pasta needs salt. It needs it, that’s final. I keep telling my wife and she keeps forgetting to add salt to the pasta water. What do I need to do? The thing is, if you add it to at the end of the cooking process, it’s too late. You have to add the salt in the beginning.
The Italian word for food that is lacking in salt is Sciocco (Shoko). I’m not sure if I have the spelling right.
But anyway. If you about to have yourself a nice dish of maccaroni — Don’t forget the salt –Please. It really ruins it for me if you know what I mean.
