There is an extra five or ten pounds we picked up along the way and we still haven’t figured out how to loose weight without starving ourselves. I refuse to eat junk diet foods that taste horrible. Or have one of those meal plans delivered to my house. That may be well and good, but it ruins your social life — Trust me.

No, I choose to eat great Italian food (in moderation) and still achieve my goal of loosing those unwanted pounds.
I already know your first question which is ‘Isn’t pasta fattening?” Well yes, if you eat a barrel full of it. Pu a cup or cup and a half a dinner time will be just fine. If you ever have the opportunity to go to Italy. One of the first things you will notice is that there are hardly any fat people walking around. That is because Italians eat a very balance and well rounded diet. Sure they start out with a SMALL Dish of pasta, but they also est a lot of vegetables and proteins all in reasonable portions.
So if you want to loose weight and you want to have a life, do what the Italians do. Eat a great Italian balanced meal. Don’t skimp on what you eat, just moderate the amount of each course. Take a nice half our walk after dinner and you will be amazed at the progress.
